So the Declaration of Independence says that "when our government becomes destructive, it is the right of the people to alter it or abolish it, and it institute a new government that sees to the People's Safety and Happiness." It's our "duty to throw off such governments and provide new guards."

Are We the People doing that? No, mostly people are just complaining and saying what kind of political party we need.... All we need is a republican form of government (Article IV, Section 4 in the Constitution) founded in COMMON LAW which is what our Framers intended. It's time we assemble, county by county. Clay County, Missouri along with other counties in Missouri have formed a General Jural Assemblies. We are educating ourselves and studying what it means to self-govern. So when the current corrupt government falls, which it will, WE THE PEOPLE, are ready to replace it.

We need a political party focused on restoring freedom and individual respect, not a buffoon in the white house who uses the terms “freedom” and “democracy” as buzzwords to placate their constituents. We need a legislature that legislates instead of focusing on individual enrichment (Mitch McConnell, Nancy Pelosi, and Barack Obama.
