Part one of Montana’s Transurrection is the only accurate eyewitness account of what happened in the Montana legislature when radical leftists showed their willingness to act violently and disrupt the business of all Montanans on April 24th. In part one, I described what I witnessed outside the Capitol building and then in the House gallery. The usual mainstream media refrain was one of “mostly peaceful protestors” just wanting to have their voice heard when the opposite was true, and my article made that clear. In Part II, I describe the days after the event and up to the end of the session.
It was the best of political theater and the worst.
As soon as the ban to oust Zephyr was voted on and the riot occurred in the gallery the media began to spin the story as they normally do. Zephyr turned into a darling of the left while the truth trickled out a little slower. Here is the truth of what happened in the days following his removal.
After Zephyr was banned from the House floor and anteroom he was set up with office space to continue to vote on bills and take part in proceedings remotely. Rather than use the means provided though, he and a small group elected instead to occupy a small bench just outside the anteroom. This was disruptive and used precious space where the public is allowed to sit and observe House proceedings on a television near the snack bar. With the gallery closed for the remainder of the session, there were few places for the public to observe proceedings. Zephyr was told to move by the Speaker of the House and the Sergeant at Arms but refused.
The drama continued as Zephyr hired a personal secretary and cameramen to film everything that happened and make this into a theater of the absurd.
Above you can see one of the hired cameramen that were there to help create the theater.
Above you can see another cameraman. This person was taking pictures of people around the snack bar and lacked any media credentials while also dressed the same as all the other media circus clowns.
This is another of the cameramen. He claimed to be an independent journalist out of Ennis, Montana.
Due to the constant disruptions, a group of people spent Monday, May 1st on the same bench (below). They sat quietly drinking coffee and watching the House vote on bills. Apparently, they are “mean conservative ladies” who sat at a public bench in a public space. These ladies are also getting threatened on social media.
Expecting there to be a response the next day, the decision was to not show up and “Occupy Zephyrstreet” as the message was already clear and we did not need to drag out the point. As expected, some thought there would be a battle on day two so they came in very early to thwart a plan that did not exist.
Coming as no surprise to many people across Montana the mainstream media got the story wrong. People showed up who appeared to work for Strategies 360 and it became more obvious there was a lot of money flowing to fund the production. Numerous mainstream media outlets around the country did not report the core facts that led to the censure.
The Strategies 360 logo is seen on the backpack in the picture below.
NBC in Montana was on board with Zephyr no matter what actually happened.
Senator Jon Tester stood on the side of the mainstream media, the rioters, and Zephyr’s violation of house rules. He is now an official member of the “Zephycrats” who decided it is fine to chemically and surgically castrate children, and load them up with other drugs. No Montanan was harmed, and in fact, the point of Senate Bill 99 was to prevent the harming of innocent children. He is also ignoring the fact that Zephyr is still voting, just not from the floor. Tester is up for reelection in 2024 and though he is often called “flat top” it looks more like he is flatlining.
To show how much the media is lying, the carrier of Senate Bill 99 in the House was Representative Kerri Seekins-Crowe of Billings. She told a story of personal experience that was compelling. The media took her testimony out of context and caused her and her family to receive thousands of threats. HERE is that story on Montana Talks. The headline below is one example of the mass media lies.
The Representative had to call for a press conference to set the record straight.
A fake website was produced targeting the Speaker of the House Matt Regier.
Senator Andrea Olsen (below) of Senate District 50 in Missoula was overheard calling Representative Lola Sheldon-Galloway of Great Falls a “drag queen” to her face.
Representative Katie Sullivan of House District 89 in Missoula was overheard by the author calling conservatives jack-booted NAZIs.
There are many examples of intolerance displayed by those who say they belong to the party of tolerance. By their actions, they are known.
Zephyr’s intentional failure to apologize for this and at least four other breaches of the House rules exposed to all Montanans the extreme ideologies of the current “Zephyrcrat” party apparatus. Meanwhile, Zephyr is raising money and had to quickly file for office for the 2024 campaign year, while serving as his own treasurer.
I can only wonder where the $33,000 from the Go Fund Me page to bail people out is really going.
More importantly, the person complaining of being silenced and not able to do the work of the people makes time for as many interviews as possible, including right in front of the capitol building.
Montana’s legislative session ends this week and as is normal the legislators are packed and ready to return to their homes across this great state. But I doubt it is the end of this kind of insanity as Zephyr returns to the island of madness that is the liberal college town of Missoula, Montana.
All Zephyr had to do was apologize.

I watch Rep. Z be so rude in the house sessions. He was constantly being reprimanded for not following the rules. For all the 11,000 folks in HD 100, I think you would have been better served with someone else. It is a shame that this man was chosen from your district. You can do better Missoula.
Thanks for your good work! We appreciate it.
